A simple granny square chart usually takes 1–2 hours to create, while a basic flat chart typically takes 30 minutes to an hour. Charts with more complex stitches or larger sizes may take additional time.   

A simple knitting chart usually takes 30 minutes to an hour to create. Adding colorwork or more complex stitch patterns may increase the time required.

Simple schematics typically take 30 minutes or less to create. More detailed designs may require additional time.

To keep things simple, I have three pattern templates ready to go.   A 2–3 page pattern usually takes 30 minutes to an hour to lay out. Longer patterns or those with multiple photos, charts, or schematics may take more time. 

 Creating a custom pattern template typically takes 2–3 hours. I’ll work closely with you to choose the right fonts and design that match your vision. Once your custom template is ready, it can be used for all your future pattern layouts.
